Local business technology — Vermont
I help Vermont restaurants, shops, and local businesses get online ordering, real websites, and better Google visibility — without the agency price tag.
What I do
No retainer packages you'll never use. No jargon. Just three concrete improvements that bring in more customers and make your business easier to run.
01
A clean, fast website with your actual menu on it — not buried in Facebook photo albums.
02
Let customers order without calling. Every order goes straight to you — no commission to DoorDash or Uber Eats.
03
Make sure people actually find you when they search. Most local businesses are invisible on Google — yours doesn't have to be.
If you're thinking about selling
A buyer sees two things: what your business earns, and how easy it is to take over. A phone-only operation with no digital presence raises questions. These three changes answer them.
Before
Buyer looks you up online and finds a website with no menu, no way to order, and three photos on Yelp. Questions arise: how much revenue is being lost to unanswered calls? How long will current customers stay without a digital channel? What happens when the owner leaves?
After
Buyer finds a complete website, live online ordering with documented order history, and a strong Google profile with recent reviews. The business looks established, modern, and low-risk to take over. That changes both the asking price and how quickly you find a serious buyer.
How it works
Most of the work happens on my end. I'll need about 30 minutes of your time at the start and another 30 when I hand things over.
A 30-minute conversation — in person or by phone — about what you need and what would actually help.
I set everything up on my end. No disruption to your day, no technical work required from you.
I show you what I built and walk you through how to manage it. Usually 30 minutes or less.
Your new website, ordering system, and Google profile go live. Customers start finding you online.
About
I'm based in Jericho, Vermont. I run a small business myself — a small engine repair shop — so I know what it actually looks like to try to modernize an operation while keeping it running day-to-day.
I'm not a big agency with account managers and monthly retainers you'll never fully use. I'm one person who does this work carefully, charges fairly, and stays reachable after the job is done.
My background is in engineering and automation — I spend my days working with precision machinery — and I apply that same methodical approach to setting up digital systems that work reliably without constant attention.
If something I build breaks, you call me directly. That's the difference.
